You will find Mr. Abbas on-site for adherence to contract document and a safe work environment. Performance, quality and financial expenditures are closely monitored to ensure customer satisfaction and successful completion of each contract. This company is the realization of Mmoja's entrepreneurial spirit after working extensively with a commercial painting contractor and property management firm on a broad range of residential, commercial and government buildings. Mr. Abbas K. Muchira is the managing director of Abbas Company Limited with more than 6 years of experience in the construction industry of which 4 years have been as a managing director in the company. He manages daily operations, internal accounting procedures, bid proposals, construction contracts and financial expenditures to ensure feasibility and fiscal responsibilities. Mr. Teddy is proficient in business development, project coordination and quality assurance with the acquisition and procurement of personnel, construction materials and equipment for new construction, modernization and building maintenance contracts. He incorporates innovative technology to facilitate management systems, company policy and the specific needs of each client

Ms. Mitchele Nekoye is an administrator at Abbas Company Limited who wears many hats. She is a trained procurement officer with rich experience in Building and Construction industry. She has excellent communication skills and manages each project as a team effort, trains field personnel and supervises all field operations. Her tasks include explaining contracts and technical information to staff; supervising personnel and activities on site, developing work-around for delays and other related problems. She oversees daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies and communication goals to our teams on site. Ms. Mitchelle calculates cost estimates, budgets and schedules by selecting appropriate construction methods for the job and budget. She ensures the company delivers quality projects on time and within the budget range
